Progressive Components has a great opportunity for the right candidate to serve as an Inside Sales Specialist in our Wauconda office. The position serves as a liaison between the sales teams to promote and implement products and related services to customers and distributors. Will also support the sales team by providing reports, customer information, and other data for analysis for projects or sales initiatives. 

 

Inside Sales Specialist  

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for Account Management along with trade show lead follow up.   
  • Responsible for customer specification enforcement by acting as front-line resource for customer contact and completing outbound calling for initial follow up.   
  • Responsible for leading the marketing campaigns and executing activities to promote sales growth. 
  • Supplies the sales and marketing teams with data and reports for analysis and supports the teams with their sales trackers and initiatives. 

 

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • 3+ years' experience with inside sales/account management. 
  • 3+ years' experience with MS Office Products.  
  • Project management skills preferred.   
  • Detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills are a must. 
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
