Progressive Components International Corporation has a great opportunity for the right candidate to serve as the Sales Director. This position functions as the Sales leader and will report to the President of the company. The Sales Director will manage, direct and lead the execution of all sales and marketing plans and initiatives. The Director will establish sales targets to meet company objectives and is ultimately responsible for the sales team plus all outside company and independent sales representatives. The Sales Director will need to be an effective communicator able to positively lead and inspire the organization.

Sales Director

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for developing the sales strategy and plans that ensure attainment of sales goals and profitability.
• Provides leadership, support, and direction to the sales and marketing team.
• Develops and maintains sales systems and tools.
• Provides leadership, support, and direction to the sales and marketing team.
• Provides input on the marketing plans, materials and websites.

Requirements:
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred.
• 10+ years experience supervising and leading a Sales Department in injection mold/plastics industry.
• 10+ years in Sales Management with direct and outside representation.
• Must possess technical tooling knowledge.
• Proven track record in implementing sales plans, monitoring sales growth and while managing sales budgets and achieving financial obligations.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication.
• Excellent time management skills are required.
